What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to a consultation request, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you request a consultation we store your name, email address, the neighborhood or city you named, what you told us you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to keep a record of your system so we can service it later. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Customer records are kept for as long as we support the system we installed, so that warranty and maintenance work can be carried out properly.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@ldf-outdoorlighting.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
